Petrol is more expensive now. This is because of a war in the Middle East. The war is between the United States, Israel, and Iran. Iran has a big sea road called the Strait of Hormuz. Oil ships use this road. But now the road is dangerous. Ships cannot go easily. So there is not much oil. When there is not much oil, the price goes up. In Europe, petrol costs more at petrol stations. People pay more money to fill their cars. Buses and trucks also cost more to run. Some governments are helping people. They are reducing taxes on fuel. This helps a little. But the price is still high. Experts say the price may go higher in the next months.
