Lebanon is in a crisis right now. A crisis means a very serious and dangerous situation.

Why is Lebanon in crisis? The main reason is the war between the United States, Israel, and Iran.

This war started on February 28, 2026. Fighting and bombing near Lebanon has made many people very afraid.

More than one million people have left their homes. They are called displaced people.

One million people is a very big number. Lebanon has only about five million people.

So one in five Lebanese people do not have a home right now. Lebanon was already having problems before this war.

The economy was very bad. Many people were poor.

The government was weak. Now the situation is worse.

The European Union is sending €80 million to help the people of Lebanon. This money will pay for food, medicine, and shelter.
